Alarm and monitoring systems

Alarm, Monitoring and Control systems provide all onboard critical information on a monitor which is centrally positioned, normally situated at the wheelhouse and engine control room, with repeater panels located in crew areas to anticipate quickly whether a alarm arise.

Support for manned and un-manned engine rooms, and eventually easily expandable when needed with other function integration via modular units, like tank-levels, CCTV, PMS, Bilge-alarms, Navigation light control, Valve control, Window wiper control, ballast control and even anti-heeling control.

With support for almost all engine manufacturers like: Caterpillar/ MTU/ MAN/ Volvo Penta/ Cummins/ FPT via J1939/ Modbus and even analog signals, possibility to integrate into remote vessel monitoring system for fuel consumption, fleet-monitoring and remote maintenance.

All systems we do represent are type approved by most of the maritime classification authorities like: DNV / Lloyds Register / ABS / GL / Bureau Veritas.

We can offer alarm monitoring and control systems which can be used as stand-alone system but can also be extended with power management, cargo control, propulsion control, light control, wiper control and much more.

AMTS does not only integrate AMCS systems onboard various kind of vessels but also Jack-up barges/ oil rigs/ drilling vessels even FPSO’s.

Fuel & Fleet monitoring / Connected vessel

An increase in environmental regulations, fluctuating bunker prices, and increased competition means smaller profit margins in the shipping industry, where fuel costs constitute a major part of vessel operating costs.
Getting insight into the costs of fuel consumption system will lead to more profit.

Our systems provides cost efficient, real-time and accurate insight of fuel consumption. Flow meters measure the vessel general performance and efficiency, when transforming costly bunker fuel into propulsion.

Collecting of data from engines, generators and flowmeters is fully automated and gives an instant overview of the consumed fuel via a display onboard, ashore or even on a mobile device at any place with an internet connection.

Our systems do require very little service as there are no moving parts and therefore there is no mechanical wear, which reduces the costs to service and maintenance intervals.

These systems are not only perfectly suitable for just a single vessel but also for a whole fleet to get insight in fuel consumption per vessel individually, this will not only gives a historical view of fuel consumption but also the possibility to anticipate on engine performance by keeping maintenance costs on engines and generators within budget.

CCTV camera system

Our CCTV system allows crew to view High-Definition camera images placed on strategic spots onboard the vessel on central monitors, integrated into mimic diagrams providing crystal clear images.

Various types of cameras can be integrated, fixed, dome, pan tilt zoom, infrared, flame and gas detection cameras, thermal spectrum cameras or even oil spillage cameras, locally powered or via Power over Ethernet.

Next to cameras we can also supply EX type approved housings in various classifications for explosive areas and advanced asset protection systems for workboats and mega-yachts, which are also a proven system for fish farms and remote production platforms.

Fire Detection

All our fire detection systems are being developed for maritime use in order to meet high demand within this particular industry, with the possibility to connect various types of Smoke/ Flame/ Gas/ Heat/ Manual Call point/ Multi detectors (heat/flame) and oil mist detectors.

Various outputs for connection with other systems like alarm, monitoring and control systems (AMCS) are standard integrated.
